2019 Domaine Parent Bourgogne Pinot Noir Selection Pomone

From Parent’s older vines, this wine has a pretty raspberry and crushed strawberry bouquet. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit, good depth and lightly spiced finish.

Pair with poultry and game meats like duck, goose or veal osso buco and rabbit. Also try with medium-aged cheeses and mushroom-based dishes.
