Fermented with 40% whole cluster and indigenous yeast in Oak. Spicy and herbal character, with cinnamon, black pepper and clove. Moderate acidity with sweet and round tannins.

Pair with poultry, pork, mushroom risotto, salmon or creamy, mild nutty cheeses.
