2021 Pepe Mendoza Casa Agricola Tinto

Notes of scrublands, small pine tree, resins, balsamic, rosemary, thyme and jar. Pleasant in the mouth passage and balanced, where the branch gives freshness and verticality.  Fresh explosion of the Mediterranean garrigue woodland, aromas of a Bouquet Garni, pine, rosemary, rosemary flower, orange peel. 

Pair with BBQ, beef, lamb, grilled pork chops or even roast suckling pig.
