The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections. A fine, broad aroma, with hints of exotic fruit, almond and light mineral notes.  The flavors mirror the aromas, featuring tropical fruits, honey, and a touch of minerality.

Pairs with any fish dish, especially a seafood risotto or clam pasta, as well as light cheeses or vegetable dishes.
