A juicy, fruity wine full of bright and crisp black currants and blueberries with hints of flowers and perfume. Full body, layers of ripe tannins and citrus rind. Layered and structured. Plush with a lingering finish. 

Pair with steak with bearnaise sauce, braised beef, brisket or roasted lamb with mint.
