Deep garnet color with violet hues. It offers aromas of black cherries and violets. The palate is generous, fruity, and juicy, with lightly chewy tannins and a simple, cherry-driven finish.

Refosco pairs perfectly with meat dishes as well as truffles, gnocchi with Bolognese, hamburgers, baked lasagna, or boeuf-bourguignon.
