Cannonau (AKA Grenache) is the star of Sardinia. Intense ruby red color with floral aromas of pansies, roses and cherries. Fresh and savory with ripe berries, plum, cranberry and white spice. A refined medium-bodied wine that is well-balanced with a pleasant and persistent finish.

Pairs well with various meat dishes, including lamb, beef and roast pork, as well as strong cheeses.
