Domaine Bernard Fleurlet et Fils Sancerre 2022

A well-balanced and textured Sancerre from a certified biodynamic producer. The coveted minerality of the Sancerre region is present, with creamy acidity, a light to medium body, and layers of green apple and pear mixed with light citrus. Lovely aperitif that also pairs well with fish, vegetarian dishes, grilled white meats and goat milk cheeses.
