Domaine Lafouge Jean & Gilles Auxey-Duresses, Les Hautes 2023

A pithy, peach skin-scented nose, with touches of toffee apple in the background. The palate is well balanced with fine acidity. The palate has an almost chalky texture which balances the core of fruit. The wine is harmonious and composed on the finish.
