A brilliant ruby red, with delicate garnet reflections. Fine and expressive, revealing aromas of cherry, raspberry and small black fruits, accompanied by floral nuances, sweet spices and light notes of undergrowth. The palate is elegant and structured, with a fresh attack and precise fruit. The fine tannins bring relief and depth. The finish is persistent, delicate and subtly spicy.

Pair with duck breast, beef fillet, roast veal or free-range poultry. It will also go very well with beef bourguignon, mushroom stews or mature cheeses.
