Figuiere Premiere Rose 2024

Aromatic, elegant with plenty of minerality. Each variety separately vinified, then aged 50% in stainless steel and 50% in french oak.  Light melon-pink. Intense aromatic bouquet with pineapple, orange blossom, vanilla and ripe peach. Smooth, silky and delicate palate develops a nice consistency with plenty of fresh citrus and minerality. 

Pair with seafood, sushi, or any spring and summer vegetable dominant dish.
