Gönc Winery "The Little One" White Blend 2024

Slovenian winemaker Peter Gönc created this blend of Pinot Blanc and Yellow Muscat to deliver gorgeous aroma and bright acidity. Fresh and approachable with lots of character. It offers aromatic notes of alpine herbs, stone fruit, and citrus zest, characterized by a silken, waxy texture, crisp acidity, and a refreshing finish.

Pair with whitefish, shellfish, sushi/sashimi, Indian dishes like yellow curry chicken or green curry, or spicy Asian dishes.
