Pale yellow color with gold tints. The wine shows aromas of white fruits (juicy pear) and blossoms. Suave, gourmand and well-balanced, the wine shows a great freshness and persistency.

Pair with crab meat, shellfish, vegetable soup, tagliatelle pasta and vegetable lasagna or apple croustade at the end of the meal.
