This Nappa Valley Cab from Howell Mountain, but made in Oregon, highlights the importance of a winemaker’s choices and creativity. Who would do a whole cluster, destemmed and carbonic Cab? Mars Water, and the results are what you’ve come to expect. Amazing!  The wine delivers surprising aromatics, fresh and vibrant dark fruits and soft, almost subtle, tannins that lingers on the finish. Powerful yet plush. Textured and complex despite its youth, this 2024 vintage is drinking beautifully now but has the potential to get better with age.
