Mars Water Spring of Sauvignon 2023

Pale yellow with a light green tint. Herbal aromas yield to hints of lime and tropical fruit. The wine is vibrant with zippy acidity, nice texture and weight along with fruit flavors of citrus, melon and minerality. The finish is soft and long. Close your eyes and you might imagine yourself in Sancerre. 

Pairs well with soft and goat cheeses, spring vegetables, sea food, Thai and Greek cuisine.
