Mars Water Walla Walla Syrah 2021

An incredibly structured and charismatic Syrah from the Oregon side of Walla, Walla.  

This wine has beautiful aromatics of delicious blackberries, blueberries, and a bouquet of violets.  Savory flavors of olives, bacon, smoked meats, with a finish of black and red pepper.  This wine is a great representation of an old-world Syrah.
