This Bordeaux Blanc gives off aromas of gooseberry, guava, lime, quinine and tarragon. It is very well balanced, lively and crisp with very good flavor intensity and a bitter green finish. 

Pair with white meats, fish, vegetable dishes, and hard cheeses.
