Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Notes of white flowers and chamomile, with hints of pear, honey and almond. Fresh, mineral, savory and harmonious, with a herbaceous reminiscence and a pleasantly dry and almondy finish.

Pair with shellfish and seafood, risottos and creamy soups, and rich cheeses. It also pairs well with east Asian dishes, spicy and seasoned with soy sauce.
