Cherry and bitter chocolate on the nose. It remains very earthy on the palate, with slightly bitter notes of medicinal roots and tree bark backed up with denser black cherries and blackberries, and rich tannins. Zinfandel Italian style!

Pair with Grilled Vegetable Pasta, Pizza, Spaghetti Bolognese, or Eggplant Parmesan.
