Paul Dethune Grand Cru Champagne Extra Dry

Since 1610, the House and vineyard of Champagne Paul Déthune have been located in the village of Ambonnay, Champagne. The Ambonnay terroir is famous for its unique expression of Pinot Noir.

The wine is yellow gold in color and registers butter, honey, brioche and almond on the nose. Lemon and grapefruit flavors along with a chalky minerality. At 17.5 g/l of sugar during dosage, this is a Champagne who like it on the slightly sweeter side.  The wine contains a reserve of wine of up to 40 vintages.
