Xavier Anonyme Rouge Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2017

An anonymous blend from "collection vines", where many grapes are planted together including: Grenache, Vaccarese, Counoise, Mourvèdre, and Muscardin.

Blueberries, black cherries and stone fruit round out this plush, full-bodied red wine remains silky throughout its long finish. It has loads of dark fruits, peppery herbs, and violet notes, fine tannin, no hard edges, and sensational balance. 

Pair with grilled rib of beef, roast duck, wild boar stew, rack of lamb.
