Yannick Alleno & Michel Chapoutier Saint-Joseph Croix de Chabot 2022

A lively, textured, bright and peppery Saint-Joseph. It shows notes of red berries, freshly ground black pepper and some crushed stones. Medium-bodied with fine tannins and bright acidity. So much transparency here, with crunchy sour cherries and red currant character. Transparent and succulent, with a vibrant and stony finish. 

Pair with Filet Mignon, Venison chops, Lamb Shawarma, or olive tapenade.
